1. Day of Coordination

This package is designed for couples that have done all the planning themselves, but require a professional to help with the execution all of their efforts and planning. Events 2 Flaunt will ensure a stress free wedding day by finalizing all last minute details to make your special day unforgettable. Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Initial Consultation
• Venue site visit
• 8 Hours of Event Management (fees for additional hours)
• Head Coordinator & Assistant(s) (staffing according to guest count)
• Create detailed timeline
• Logistics and coordinating vendor deliveries
• Disperse final payments to each vendor
• Setting out programs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book
• Assist with seating guests for ceremony and reception
• Access to planners wedding day emergency kit

2. Event Design

Events 2 flaunt will create customized and cohesive designs uniquely tailored to the clients’ needs and style. No matter the theme or design, we will collaborate to make your vision a reality.

3. Full Service Planning

Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful and time consuming when combined with daily responsibilities and full time employment. Events 2 Flaunt strives to plan, design and execute every aspect of your wedding. Your special day will be an enjoyable and a stress-free celebration to remember for years to come. Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Initial consultation
• Researching venue locations
• Floor plan and guest flow
• Assistance in sourcing vendors to fit style and budget
• Comprehensive design consultation to gain insight on the couples’ style, vision and décor preferences
• Accompany you to 1 tastings and 2 site visits
• Design support for all aspects of the event
• 8 Hours of Event Management (fees for additional hours)
• Head Coordinator & Assistant(s) (staffing according to guest count)
• Create detailed timeline
• Instructing the bridal party and immediate family on their wedding-day duties
• Logistics and coordinating vendor deliveries
• Disperse final payments to each vendor
• Setting out programs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book as well as other décor
• Assist with seating guests for ceremony and reception
• Access to planners wedding day emergency kit
• Unlimited phone and email correspondence

4. Prestige

Events 2 Flaunt will go above and beyond and work along side to plan, execute, design and consult all aspects of your wedding. From floral design, tastings, fittings to booking hotel accommodations, we will coordinate from beginning to end and take care of every detail. Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Initial consultation
• Budget Management
• Researching venue locations
• Floor plan and guest flow
• Assistance in sourcing vendors to fit style and budget
• Scheduling vendor meetings and negotiating contracts
• Assist in the selection and sending of save-the-dates, invitations, programs and seating cards
• Accompany you to 2 tastings and 3 site visits
• Assisting with wedding-related errands and attend 2 fittings
• Comprehensive design consultation to gain insight on the couples’ unique style, vision and décor preferences
• Design support for all aspects of the event
• Selecting rental items
• 10 Hours of Event Management (fees for additional hours)
• Head Coordinator & Assistant(s) (staffing according to guest count)
• Create detailed timeline
• Directing the bridal party and immediate family and informing them on their wedding-day duties
• Logistics and coordinating vendor deliveries
• Disperse final payments to each vendor
• Setting out programs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book as well as other décor

5. Destination Wedding

Planning ahead is vital when considering a destination wedding. Sufficient time is required to ensure your desired guest attendance as well as to plan our schedule and to secure your event date! Whether it’s a weekend long wedding or tropical paradise, Events 2 Flaunt will handle all the arrangements.

Baby Shower

Let us help you plan an adorable, whimsical baby shower welcoming your loved one’s new addition to the family. Boy, girl or gender neutral, Events 2 Flaunt will coordinate a shower in any theme you desire! Undecided? No problem! We can even suggest themes and have you select amongst our favourites.
